999ku Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 999ku online gaming platform, including all games, betting markets, promotional features, payment services, and customer support services available through https://999ku.ws (the "Platform"). This Agreement is entered into between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 999ku ("the Company", "we", "us"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

999ku reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion. Changes take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to stay informed of any updates.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting 999ku support. Continued use of the Platform will be deemed unconditional acceptance of the then-current version of this Agreement.

Access to and use of the 999ku Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet each of the following conditions at all times while your account remains active.

999ku supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are published in the Platform's banking section.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity and payment verification requirements. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

All bets placed on 999ku are subject to the specific rules governing each sport, game type, or event, which are published separately on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between a sport-specific or game-specific rule and this Agreement, the more specific rule shall prevail in relation to that sport or game. 999ku reserves the right to void or settle any bet differently in circumstances of obvious error, system malfunction, or where the integrity of a market is in question.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Bet confirmation is displayed on-screen immediately after placement. In the event of a dispute regarding whether a bet was placed or accepted, 999ku's transaction records shall be the definitive record.

999ku reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of any provision of this Agreement; (b) a player requests self-exclusion under the responsible gaming provisions; (c) required by applicable law, a regulator, court order, or law enforcement authority; (d) the account is considered dormant under 999ku's dormancy policy; or (e) 999ku decides to discontinue the Platform or any part of it.

Upon permanent closure of an account for reasons unrelated to fraud or breach of this Agreement, any verified real-money balance remaining will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to completion of outstanding identity verification requirements. Bonus balances and winnings generated solely from bonus funds will not be returned upon account closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999ku, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure. This limitation applies whether such damages arise in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, even if 999ku has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 999ku makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. 999ku's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Player Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by 999ku is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and forms a binding part of the terms under which you use the Platform. By accepting this Agreement, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety. The Privacy Policy is available at https://999ku.ws/privacy-policy.

This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Platform that cannot be resolved informally by contacting 999ku support shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Prior to initiating any formal dispute process, you must contact 999ku at [email protected] and allow thirty (30) days for the parties to attempt good-faith resolution of the dispute.
